Kick The Dairy!

These are just the swaps I use because they are alkaline and I love coconut.  There are many other options out there depending on your taste preference.
 
Dairy Milk Swaps
 
Canned straight coconut (Thai Kitchen Lite is my favorite)
    ½ amounts coconut milk mixed with water to full amount
 
Hemp milk
 
Equal amounts of any nut milk
 
Lactose Free Dairy Milk


 
Butter Swaps: I don't use Olive Oil for hot recipes because it loses a lot of it's nutrients as it heats
 
 
Coconut Cream or Coconut Oil
 
Avocado (fresh or oil, prefereably fresh)
 
Pumpkin/Squash Puree
 
Sunflower Oil

Rapeseed Oil
