Random Workout Tips

I enjoy working out.  I am one of those odd people that gets up early to yoga before facing the day and destressing at the gym after the day.  I enjoy trying new workouts, sometimes hard core ones, sometimes easy ones.  I have even debated becoming a personal trainer or life coach more than once.  That being said, I am not one.  I do enjoy sharing awesome workouts with people though, so that is all this is.
